The electronic music producer Joern Kocken, better known by his stage name BRUCK'LYN, continues his meteoric rise, achieving the top spot on the charts for his latest dance track "A.I. will save us all" for the second consecutive time.
Kocken has been commuting between his hometown of Krefeld/Germany and Mallorca for years. Most of his songs are created in his studio in the northern part of the island. In the early 2000s, he lived here permanently for seven years before his previous job as an entrepreneur called him back to Germany.
However, he never entirely turned his back on the island, and after selling his company in 2020, he began commuting between his hometown and his favorite island.
Despite his official career path starting only in November 2023, BRUCK'LYN can proudly announce that his previous hit "Breathe" held the coveted first place in the "Independent Trance Charts" for over ten weeks. Now, just three weeks after its release, "A.I. will save us all" also captures this top spot.
The "Independent Trance Charts," determined by "Hypeddit," provide a platform for artists from around the world who self-promote and are represented on Spotify. Unlike conventional national charts, they reflect the popularity of songs in specific music genres worldwide.
Currently, "A.I. will save us all" is going viral, particularly in Mexico, the USA, the UK, Germany, and Spain, resonating in numerous clubs and radio stations. The song has already been streamed in over 160 countries, including exotic destinations such as Fiji, Oman, or Bhutan.
Electronic Dance Music has been the passion of 54-year-old BRUCK'LYN for decades, who abandoned his first career in favor of his dream of a music producer career.
"Being able to live out my great passion for music here in Mallorca and be inspired by the island time and time again is a great gift for which I am grateful every day. The unique light and beautiful nature enchant me repeatedly and certainly have a significant influence on the positive mood of my songs," says the adopted Mallorcan.
