JULY 29 AT 9:00 PM, IN SON MARROIG, The Euroregio piano series of concerts opens with the young and talented Croatian pianist Barbara Cvitanović who will I am sure delight the audience with her works by Beethoven, Claude Debussy and Chopin. The setting at the hotel will once again provide a superb background for the concert and is one not to be missed.
Barbara Cvitanović at only 21 years old is currently studying at the Zagreb Academy of Music in the class of Prof. Srđan Čaldarović and at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien in the class of prof. Anna Malikova. She actively performs as a soloist and chamber musician and has already appeared in concerts throughout Europe (Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Italy, Serbia, Hungary). At the age of eighteen she made her debut with the Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra. A long and successful career surely lies ahead for one so young.
